Courted

Booking Terms

Terms and Conditions

Last updated August 2026

These terms apply to every place booked on a Courted event. Please read them before paying your deposit. By booking, you accept them on behalf of everyone in your booking.

1. Who we are

Courted is operated by Bond Games Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16008319, referred to below as we, us or Courted. You can reach us at info@courtedlondon.com.

2. Booking and payment

3. If you cancel or cannot attend

4. Coaches and the programme

The coaches named in any invitation, on this website or in any other material are those we intend to be present. They are not guaranteed. Coaches may change as a result of injury, illness, availability or any other cause, and we will substitute a coach of comparable standard wherever possible. A change of coach does not entitle you to cancel or to a refund.

The published programme is indicative. Sessions, timings, session content and the total hours on court may change, and are confirmed in their final form nearer the event by our head coach.

Players are grouped by level at our discretion, and groups may be adjusted during the event. If you feel you are in the wrong group, tell a coach and we will do our best to move you.

5. Weather and court time

Tennis is played outdoors and court time may be reduced or lost entirely to weather. We will make reasonable efforts to make up lost hours, but cannot guarantee it, and no refund or part refund is due where sessions are shortened, rearranged or cancelled because of weather or ground conditions. In accepting these terms you accept that risk.

6. Accommodation

7. What is included

What your place includes is set out on the event page. Anything not listed there is at your own expense, including meals other than those specified, the spa, resort activities, one to one coaching and all travel to and from the venue. Where car sharing is arranged, it is arranged between guests as a courtesy and is not provided by us.

8. Travel

Travel to and from the event is your own responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. We are not liable for missed sessions, missed nights or any other loss arising from delayed, cancelled or missed travel.

9. Health, fitness and participation

Tennis is physically demanding and you take part at your own risk. By booking you confirm that you are in good health and fit to participate. You must tell us in advance of any medical condition, injury or dietary requirement that may be relevant, and you should not take part in any session you believe to be beyond you.

We strongly recommend that you hold personal accident and medical insurance covering sporting activity.

10. Behaviour

Courted events are small and depend on good company. We may ask any guest whose conduct is causing distress, danger or damage, or is materially spoiling the event for others, to leave. No refund is due in those circumstances and any costs of departure are the guest's own. We have no control over the conduct of other guests at the venue who are not part of our group.

11. Photography

We take photographs and video at our events for our own records and promotion. If you would rather not appear, tell us at any point and we will do our best to respect that, and will remove any image on request.

12. Changes or cancellation by us

Our events depend on minimum numbers. If an event does not reach the numbers required, or if we must cancel for any other reason within our control, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer either a transfer to another Courted event or a full refund of monies paid to us. That is the limit of our liability in those circumstances.

We may make minor changes to the venue, programme or arrangements without notice. Where a change is significant, we will tell you and you may choose to accept it, transfer to another event, or cancel and receive a refund of monies paid to us.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or public health measures, war or civil unrest, terrorism, industrial action, transport disruption, or the closure or failure of a venue or supplier.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any booking is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage to personal belongings.

15. Your information

We collect the details you give us solely to administer your booking and to contact you about Courted. We do not sell or share them with third parties, other than suppliers who need them to deliver the event, such as the venue. You may ask us to remove your details at any time by writing to info@courtedlondon.com.

16. Complaints

If something is wrong during an event, tell us at the time so that we have a chance to put it right. If a matter remains unresolved, write to info@courtedlondon.com within 28 days of the event ending.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
